RELAXATION, HEALTH AND NATURE ON THE PACIFIC COAST

REJUVINATION (4 days- 3 nights )

Day 1.- THE TRANQUILITY OF BAHIA ECOCITY
Arrive to Bahia
Accommodation in Saiananda
Introduction to the tour and visits
Visit Saiananda Park (gardens and many animals, tropical fish, etc.)
Lunch, vegetarian & organic
Relaxation time
Tour of the ecocity, lookout points, the Galapagos turtle ( 96 years old )
Scenic tour of the water front in ecotaxis (tricycles).
Exercises on the beach
Return to Saiananda
Vegetarian Dinner

Day 2.- TROPICAL DRY FOREST & CRAFTS
Stretching excersises in a beautiful setting on the water front.
Breakfast - fresh tropical friut
Hike in the tropical dry forest excellent views of Bahia
Lunch- seafood and organic vegetables.
Visit ecopaper workshop (paper recycled by hand) with the use of plant fibers e.g. banana, corn, etc.
Return to Saiananda and relax
6-7 pm Massage
Vegetarian dinner.

Day 3.- THE MISTICAL MANGROVES AND THE PACIFIC OCEAN
Stretching exercises in a beautiful setting on the water front.
Breakfast - fresh tropical fruit
Cross the estuary to San Vicente, visit the Santa Rosa Church- original stained glass and mosaics

Rock crystals in the Santa Rosa Church

Travel to Puerto Portovelo and Isla Corazón (community tourism project), mangroves, board walk, video, mystical canoe ride beneath the mangroves to see the bird colonies.
Seafood lunch prepared by the community
Travel to Canoa, swim in the sea and exercises on the beach
Transfer to Rio Muchacho, accommodation and orientation.
Dinner- with fresh organic produce from the farm.
Make chocolate, from the bean to the cup !

Day 4.- RIO MUCHACHO AND SUSTAINABLE LIVING

Tropical fruit extravagance

Optional animal feeding
Stretching exercises in the meditation garden
Breakfast- organic fruits from the farm
Tour around farm to see tropical crops, permaculture, alternative technologies, etc.
Make key rings from Vegetable ivory
Lunch with colorful & tasty salads
Rest in hammocks
Short hike to a giant fig tree, interpretation of local flora and fauna en route.
Fish river shrimp.
Apply medicinal clay face mask.
Visit to environmental school
Return to Bahia
Farewell.
